Odette established Golden Management Solutions (GMS) as a consultancy firm in the life sciences industry to deliver tailored solutions with precision.

Odette has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry leading projects for biotech companies and CDMOs, private and USG-funded projects. Odette’s experience includes driving alliance management, project management, contracts and budget management, coaching and developing people and teams. Odette has held prior leadership roles in Amgen, FUJIFILM, Emergent, Catalent, Horizon Therapeutics (now Amgen) and IDT Biologika.

• Delivery of site revenue goals at IDT Biologika (CDMO) for 2023 and 2024
• Establishment of new methodologies and templates for proposals and contracts for IDT Biologika creating efficiency and scalability
• Led the updating of the cost model at IDT Biologika to ensure pricing was current and aligned with the CDMO Industry
• Established project management methodologies and templates at IDT Biologika to standardize ways of working at the Site for the entire PM team
• Led the decommissioning activities for IDT Biologika at the Rockville site in preparation for site closure
• Led proposal development and won every bid for NIAID programs while at IDT Biologika
• Liaison for the Tech Ops and Design Teams for a proposed Horizon Therapeutics facility
• Coached the integration of teams from different functional groups unfamiliar with the CDMO industry who were part of an M&A while at Catalent. Within six (6) months, 75% had fully integrated and were successfully client facing
• Co-authored Project Management Handbook while at Emergent
• Established new time entry system increasing efficiency by 50% and streamlining invoicing process while at FUJIFILM
• Delivered on time each of four (4) milestones during start-up and commissioning of new BDS facility while at Amgen
